AQHA Cowboy Academy:
October 17 – 21, 2012

An program designed for the COWBOY in all of us!
Enjoy learning the ROPES from cowboys and cowgirls who have been around ranching all of their lives. You can participate as much or as little as you want. Feel free to use one of our horse or bring your own. All levels of horse and rider are welcome to attend.

From gathering cattle to cutting in the round pen, trail riding to barrel racing... we have something for every rider.

Accommodations:
You can bring your living quarters, stay at the Lodge or the Bunkhouse, pitch a tent or sleep out under the stars. We have plenty of water hookups, bathrooms and showers for the campers.

Horse Facilities:
Stalling is available for the first 35 sign ups.

Fee Includes:
Clinics on Sorting & Team Penning, Ranch & Team Roping, Cutting & Reining, Barrel Racing & Pole Bending. Also your meals from Thursday Dinner to Sunday Lunch, Cattle Drives, Trail Rides, Entertainment and Wonderful Conversation.

Weather:
Fall is beautiful in Parkfield and the weather is generally in the 80's. Bring layers as the evenings and mornings can be cool.
