Gift Cards

1. Issuance & Delivery
E-Gift Cards are sold through Square and delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. V6 Ranch is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect recipient email addresses or spam filtering.

2. Redemption

• V6 Ranch E-Gift Cards are redeemable only for V6 Ranch rides and ranch-operated activities booked directly through V6 Ranch.

• They are not redeemable at the Parkfield Café, the Parkfield Lodge, or the Café gift shop.

• Gift Cards cannot be applied to lodging, meals, merchandise, or any non-ride purchases.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

3. Balance & Validity

• V6 Ranch E-Gift Cards do not expire, in accordance with California law.

• No service, inactivity, or maintenance fees apply.

• Balances remain valid until fully redeemed.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Cards

• Treat the Gift Card code like cash.

• V6 Ranch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered Gift Cards once they have been sent by email.

• Replacement may be possible only if the card can be verified as unused.

5. Refunds

• All Gift Card sales are final.

• If a V6 Ranch ride or activity purchased with a Gift Card is canceled by V6 Ranch or by mutual agreement, any eligible refund will be returned to the same Gift Card or issued as V6 Ranch credit.

6. Fraud & Security

• V6 Ranch and/or Square may refuse, cancel, or hold any Gift Card or order if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

• Additional verification may be required before redemption.

7. Changes to Terms
V6 Ranch may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the V6 Ranch website.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Parkfield Lodge Gift Certificates (“Gift Certificates”) are issued electronically and delivered by email to the purchaser or designated recipient. Parkfield Lodge is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.

2. Redemption

• Gift Certificates are redeemable only for lodging, lodging add-ons, and services offered directly by the Parkfield Lodge.

• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed at the Parkfield Café, the Café gift shop, or for V6 Ranch rides or activities.

• Gift Certificates may only be redeemed through official Parkfield Lodge booking channels or at check-in, as applicable.

• Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates.

3. Balance & Validity

• Gift Certificates do not expire, in compliance with California law.

• No service fees, inactivity fees, or maintenance fees will ever be applied.

• Gift Certificate balances remain valid until the full amount has been redeemed.

4. Reservation Policies

• Reservations made with a Gift Certificate remain subject to Parkfield Lodge’s standard booking policies, including minimum stay requirements, cancellation rules, and event-weekend guidelines.

• Additional charges that exceed the Gift Certificate balance must be paid at the time of booking or check-in.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Certificates

• Treat Gift Certificates like cash.

• Parkfield Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered certificates once sent by email.

• Replacement may be possible only if the Gift Certificate can be verified as unused.

• Gift Certificate purchases are final and non-refundable.

• If a reservation paid with a Gift Certificate is canceled in accordance with Parkfield Lodge’s cancellation policy, any eligible refund will be returned to the same Gift Certificate or issued as Parkfield Lodge credit.

Parkfield Lodge may refuse, cancel, or hold any Gift Certificate or related order if fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected. Additional verification may be required prior to redemption.
