Wrangler Ride - April 26-30, 2022

Develop your ranch skills on this working cattle ranch, with coaching from working cowboys.

The Wrangler Ride offer riders a true working ranch experience. The activities are designed to help improve your horsemanship and working knowledge of cattle and ranch skills.

You'll have the opportunity to take scenic trail rides, gather cattle, develop your roping skills and arena work. In addition, we work on a wide variety of ranch skills such as team sorting, ally and rodeo sorting and ranch obstacles courses. All geared to provide a truly unforgettable cowboy experience. Some guests bring their own horse, some choose to ride one of the many V6 Ranch Horses who are trained to ride with all levels of rider experience.

There is ample room for campers, living quarters, stock trailers and vehicles. Some guests prefer to stay at the Blue Oaks Camp Bunkhouse or the nearby Parkfield Lodge.  Please check availability in advance.

Accommodations:
The Blue Oak Camp is a spacious campground setting nestled in beautiful oak trees. Travel trailers, campers and tents are acceptable. RV patrons may use generators. Electricity is available at the common area of the camp for all riders' use. The campground features shower and bathroom facilities with hot and cold running water. Participants must provide their own sleeping quarters, unless a bunkhouse or Lodge room rental is booked separately. There are 30 water hook-ups available on a first come, first served basis.

The Parkfield Lodge is located about 2 miles from horse camp and across the street from Parkfield Cafe. It has 10 rooms available. The rooms vary in size and the number of guests they accommodate. These rooms typically fill up fast, so we recommend booking early.
